I don’t get much done. I end up putting out fires or wasting time doing silly things that don’t move me forward. Then I get so mad and frustrated I owned these precious hours and didn’t write ALL the words.—- so true. The endless loop of nothingness getting done.

I know exactly what you mean - it's so hard to keep reminding myself each day that the writing comes first. Feels easier to get the other things done! Maybe this is just something we will always need to remind ourselves and reset daily!

You sound just like me. I have so many cool, shiny projects I want to work on, and also plenty of cool, unfinished projects that are calling to me. I want to DO ALL THE THINGS...

Jen, There will never be enough time to do everything. It's the wanting that makes us keep trying. I remember the days when you began writing and the great times we had in critique, Just remember, the wanting to write the world will never end., Janet
